Spending time well

Having grown up with horses, I cannot imagine my life without them. Horses raised me and also now I learn from them every single day. There are countless ways to spend time with horses. I chose the academic art of riding by Bent Bent Branderup®. In the academic art, all aspects of living with horses come together. The mental and physical well-being and development of horse and trainer are at its core. What I go for in my horse life is those moments when horse and human move and think as one. That is for me the ‘art’ in academic art of riding, my kind of zen meditation. And I thoroughly enjoy helping others toward these moments.
